Dr. Tara's Thoughts & Ideas, etc...
Thanks to Ben Bledsoe! One of his friends "is doing her thesis on Relationships and how people interact, and why certain people connect, etc." ... "and She needs a lot of participants to get a better study. So I thought I'd ask you nice people to try. It's pretty quick, and you may just learn something about yourself!"
I took it, thought you might like to take it, so I thought I'd share. I've used the Survey Monkey website myself before, when I worked as the assistant to the USP webmaster to make some surveys at school, it's pretty cool...
The link is below. =-] Thanks!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's the info and website for the survey:
"Hello! I am conducting a research study for my senior thesis about the relationship between different attachment types and resilience to psychological trauma and stress. Participants will be categorized into one of four attachment styles, including secure, preoccupied, dismissive, and fearful/avoidant. A total resilience score will also be calculated for each individual. Resilience is defined as an individual’s ability to adaptively cope with difficult and stressful conditions. These two factors will then be correlated to determine whether a relationship exists between them.
Participation is completely voluntary and consists of completion of a 5 to 10 minute short survey. The survey does ask questions regarding response to stressful situations and may slightly elevate your stress level. You may exit the survey if you feel uncomfortable at any time. Only basic, unidentifiable information will be requested and all results will be kept completely confidential.
I am looking for a wide variety of participants over 18 years of age from the United States. If you could take a moment of your time to fill out the survey, your participation will be greatly appreciated. :)
Please visit the survey here:

I'm looking for as many respondents as possible in the next two weeks, so PLEASE forward this on to anyone you know who is over 18 years old and lives in the US! Thanks so much!
Anne :)"
