Oh, will you stop it already, DL!!!

After quite a hectic day in CVSland yesterday, I was catching up on news over on the CV website and read what I missed yesterday- and boy did I miss alot! If you don't want a long comment or don't have a long time, it's another interview with Hugo with nasty comments from Lupas thrown in.

To sum up my reaction: "More power to ya, Hugo!" and I was going to say "shut the FUCK up" to the blithering idiot who says the same thing over and over and oooooooooover but he doesn't even deserve a response. (If you didn't see the article, click it, baby: Headed for a Showdown)

Oh, and Davey, he's special. You made him that way every time you responded to him like this. You "dug you own grave"... so HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!! Ha ha... That 'man' irritates me to no end!!

Here's one more irritation: Lupas hopes to limit inmates' media access
Sure, why not take away their first amendment rights? An inmate may be in prison, but you can't treat them as your personal punching bag. I don't think DL would even care about this if it wasn't for Hugo.

Too bad they keep saying that the trial will be postponed now!!

 25 days!!!

25 days until the Eagles game on Nov. 19th with Dennis!

I got the VIP parking pass at the post office today that I bought on Ebay on Saturday night- woo hoo!!! Instead of parking miles away, we'll be very close to the stadium. Mindy didn't get a parking pass this year with the club seats, but I was able to find this pass on Ebay so it's all good! :-)

Katie was telling me how excited Dennis is about this game, that's so funny... I'm glad he's looking forward to it. I just hope the Eagles win this game and all games leading up to it! They certainly blew the last two games!!!

So, watch out, people, Dennis and Doc Nish are gonna cause trouble on 11-19!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Drop those charges, BEE-ATCH!!!

Whoa, checking my email and the news online before work and I certainly got an eyeful of a Hugo update two days in a row!!!!

Selenski attorneys again want charges dismissed
STAFF REPORT
10/24/2006

Attorneys for accused double-murderer Hugo Selenski have asked for all charges against their client to be dropped for the second time in less than a week.

The Luzerne County district attorney’s office failed to present enough evidence for Magisterial District Judge James Tupper to bound the case against Selenski, 33, over for trial, according to a motion filed Monday by Stephen Menn, John Pike and Michael Senape. Selenski and Paul Weakley, his alleged accomplice, are accused of the 2002 murders of Michael J. Kerkowski and Tammy Fassett.

Monday’s motion discredits all the charges, but coincides with Pike’s attempt to have the robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery charges dropped at Selenski’s hearing in June. There is no evidence to suggest Kerkowski and Fassett were robbed before they were killed, Pike said at the June hearing. He pointed to Kerkowski’s late father finding $40,000 at the Tunkhannock-area pharmacist’s home after he and Fassett went missing. Kerkowski’s wallet and Fassett’s jewelry also were discovered by Michael S. Kerkowski, the murder victim’s father, Pike said.

Luzerne County Judge Chester Muroski will rule on the motion, which, if successful, would eliminate the prosecution’s ability to seek a second-degree-murder conviction against Selenski. In order to be convicted of second-degree murder, a defendant must be found guilty of killing someone while committing another felony crime, like robbery.

Luzerne County District Attorney David Lupas could not be reached for comment Monday.

Selenski declined a request for an interview Monday from The Citizens’ Voice. He was transferred back to Luzerne County Correctional Facility on Monday for a status conference in the case, scheduled for today at 9:30 a.m. before Muroski.

Oh, Hugo, we're almost neighbors now! Well, not really. I was actually closer to Frackville, I guess, with my grandparents in the 462 and all, ha ha... What a small world...
