Eh, it's Monday, how's everyone doing? I gotta go to work in about an hour so it's just another day for me. My next day off is Thursday so I can't wait for that! There's a 7.5 hour shift today, a 5.5 hour shift tomorrow, and a 13 hour shift on Wednesday that stands between me and the off day- not too bad, I guess.

It's been kinda quiet here on Blogstream lately. The blogs I read haven't had much action- where are you guys? Update me if you're around... :-)

Is everyone ready for the heat wave coming? Me? No way, I don't like but luckily I'll miss most of it at home or at work. Hope everyone can get out of the heat.

Looking forward (ha!) to working about 60 hours this week, all over NEPA too. But I get Thursday off-- sweeeeeeeeet!

I can't believe it's August 1st on Tuesday already! I used to dread this time of the year with school starting and all, but now I guess it's just another time of the year. I do like these next few months because I have some family and friends' birthdays and anniversaries and a WEDDING to look forward to- such happy times, yay!

Hey, why is August 1st ringing a bell in the back of my mind? Help me out here, people! I know I have to sign up for my 401-K and my full-time benefits start that day, but there's something else that I can't put my finger on!

Speaking of 401-K's and stuff, does anyone have any retirement or investment advice? Or any direction anyone can point me to? Thanks!

I had a great time at the shower. Yay! Now only 2 months until the wedding, I can't believe it...

Bridal shower at noon, my first ever! I wonder what they're like? It's my best friend and fellow RPh Katie's shower, I am so excited for her. She gets married in September. Her fiance, Rob, is awesome. I got them something really nice from Macy's. Thank God for registries so there isn't much guesswork involved.

Now you probably don't know this about me, but I have a major aversion to, ick, dresses and skirts! Eeeeewwwww... (Yeah, I know, how mature of me, ha!) But I told Katie that she means so much to me that I am working on wearing a dress to her wedding. It's not happening for the shower today, but I'm still hopeful for September! :-p I got over my hatred of the color pink (just look at my bright magenta Razr phone!) so I think I will accomplish this next goal! I'll keep ya posted...

I am updating my Myspace page, ooooooooooooh... And it's about time! I've been RPh'ed almost a month now but I've been listed as an extern on there, whoops! Check me out dude!

Have you guys ever heard anything from them? They are AWESOME! If you've seen my Equinox driving around lately, that's AFI you hear coming from it! If you listen to 97.9X, their song "Miss Murder" is on there from time to time. Go to A Fire Inside dot Net to check 'em out. I love the first 3 songs on Decemberunderground the most!
